A daily block puzzle. One board a day, the same for everyone, and no luck in it.
Email sabanovicnermin@hotmail.com with your device model and iOS version. There is no account to look up, so please say as much as you can about what happened and what you were doing when it did.
Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, or resetting the device without a backup, removes it permanently and it cannot be restored from anywhere. An iCloud or computer backup taken while the app was installed will bring it back.
The board comes from the date in UTC, so two people are on the same board at the same moment anywhere in the world. If one of you crossed midnight UTC between opening the game, one of you is on the next day's board.
Yes, entirely. Nothing in the game needs a network connection. The daily board is worked out from the date on your phone rather than fetched from a server.
Because everybody gets one attempt at the same board, which is the only thing that makes comparing a result mean anything. Practice and endless are unlimited.

Ashlar does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. That is the whole policy. The rest of this page only explains what that means in practice.
Your progress, your rating, your marks and your settings are written to storage on your own device and nowhere else. They are not uploaded anywhere, and the developer cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center service under your Apple Account. That is handled entirely by Apple and covered by Apple's privacy policy. Game Center is optional: the game is fully playable without it, sign in is only ever offered after a run has finished, and signing out stops anything further being sent.
There are none. No analytics, no advertising identifier, no third party software development kits, no crash reporter, no tracking of any kind. Apple may give the developer anonymous, aggregate download and crash statistics; that is information Apple collects, not the app.
Ashlar is rated 4+ and collects nothing from anybody, which includes children.
If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it.
